When to use it
Quick RFQ is the short route for a private sector purchase with a settled scope, when you want prices back quickly without building a full requirement pack.
1. Start
Choose Describe the job and say what you need, where, by when and how much of it, or Upload what you have (PDF, DOCX or TXT). Your organisation's default currency is chosen for you and amounts are never converted. Set the response and questions deadlines.
2. Review
AI drafts the scope only. It never writes a price, a rate or a term. Each scope item shows where it came from, and you accept, change or remove it. A suggestion whose words could not be found in your brief or document is left out and counted. The price schedule lines carry a description, quantity and unit, with no rate column, because suppliers price them.
Write the timetable and submission instructions yourself, and attach one of your organisation's saved terms templates or choose no terms. Velstrian Tenderworks never writes or suggests terms. Templates are kept in Settings, Organisation, Terms templates.
3. Export
Decide every AI suggestion and choose the terms, then download the RFQ pack (Word or PDF) and the price schedule (Excel). Only accepted and edited items are exported.
